SAP CI/CC Bussiness Systems Analyst Posted 5 years ago Location: Remote Salary: $45.21/Hour + Company Standard Benefits Job Duties: Serve as a liaison for managing requirements between the business, SME’s and the development team. Converting various complex business Requirements into IT specific requirements. Responsible for modelling the product in SAP SOM based on the rules of the Offer Management. Design the Quote to cash process using SAP Subscription Order Management, Convergent Invoicing and Convergent Charging. Configure different document Types, New Item Category groups and Item Categories for various different products and different types of documents. Configure charge plans and charges in Convergent Charging. Maintain the Cross Catalog Mapping between SAP SOM and Convergent Charging. Configure different pricing procedures and assigning to different documents. Configure BIT classes, BIT types , Billing sub Process and Billing Process to create Billing Documents and Invoicing Documents in SAP CI. Design functional specifications for reports, interfaces, copy controls, enhancements, workflow and forms. Perform unit, system, integration for the Quote to Cash process. Analyze critical issues and defects and provide SAP solutions accordingly. Minimum Education Requirement: This position requires minimum of bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
