Service Now Developer SDH Systems LLC Posted 1 year ago Location: 11815 Alterra Pkwy, suite # 900 Austin, Texas 78758 Job Schedule: Full Time (40 Hours/Week) Salary: $108,826.00/Annum Job duties: Work in Agile SDLC methodologies for analysis, design, coding, testing and promotion to production. Create Notifications to send communication from the system to the various team in the organization. Develop responsive user interface web pages in ServiceNow Service portal using! Angular JS, CSS, Bootstrap, MVC Architecture. Configure Web Services to integrate with external applications using REST and SOAP API calls. Create Transform maps to import data into ServiceNow tables by mapping field value. Maintenance and continuous improvement of the processes, standards, policies, working methods and tools. Ensure configuration consistency and processes are in place to have development/test/production environment that is reliable and reproducible. Perform installation and testing of ServiceNow updates and new releases in timely manner with minimal or no disruptions to IT operations. Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions. Develop, implement and maintain tables, database views, access controls, business rules, script includes, workflow reports, catalog items, UI scripts, client scripts, and UI policies, Events within ServiceNow Platform. Work closely with IT Team and business users to build requested items using workflows to manage processes from customers to fulfillment teams. Participate on ongoing production support and the end user support. Develop technical and operational dashboards and data analysis reports to monitor IT services / IT Operations. Works on creating custom scripts using JavaScript and Advanced object-oriented concepts like arrays, JSON objects to encapsulate the data. Design custom macros and custom UI formatters to provide the best user experience. Minimum Education Requirement: This position requires minimum of Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
