About the role
Role Overview: As an ERP Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing global ERP operations within the Shipping, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, NVOCC, and Supply Chain domain. Your role will involve driving process improvements and supporting business functions across multiple geographies. This position is ideal for experienced ERP professionals with expertise in EBMS ERP and a proven track record in managing ERP systems, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement on a global scale. Key Responsibilities: - Manage, administer, and optimize the EBMS ERP platform to support business operations across multiple locations. - Lead ERP implementation projects, system upgrades, enhancements, and integration initiatives. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and enhance operational efficiency. - Provide ERP functional support, troubleshooting, and resolution of system-related issues. - Drive ERP governance, standardization, and best practices across departments and geographies. - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth ERP performance and continuous system improvement. - Manage stakeholder expectations and serve as the primary point of contact for ERP-related business requirements. - Support strategic business initiatives by leveraging ERP capabilities to improve visibility, reporting, and operational control. Qualification Required: - Minimum 10 years of experience in ERP management, implementation, and support. - Hands-on experience with EBMS ERP is mandatory. - Strong industry experience within Shipping, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, NVOCC, or Supply Chain organizations. - Proven experience in managing ERP functions across multiple locations or global operations. - Strong understanding of ERP governance, system enhancements, integrations, and process standardization.
