About the role
Sealed Air is hiring for the role of IT Business Analyst! Responsibilities of the Candidate: Configure time and absence plans, maintain employee information relating to Timekeeping and Leave, manage and create schedules, create and run reports, and support the payroll process as it relates to Time and Attendance Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations regarding Timekeeping and Attendance; coordinate with Payroll and HR team members on Compliance changes which impact people, processes, and technology Coordinate and conduct system testing, upstream and downstream, for changes made to the system Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making and identify trends in time and attendance Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for improved efficiency Participate in cross department HR-related projects and initiatives, leading the Timekeeping and Leave of Absence project workstreams Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (recommended) 1-3 years of Time and Attendance (e-Time) experience, strong preference to be ADP Certified Time & Attendance Specialist in ADP Workforce Now and eTime (or Kronos Workforce Dimensions) Strong understanding of timekeeping, absence, and payroll processes Ability to independently problem-solve Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel Experience with HRIS and payroll systems and reporting Strong analytical, prioritization, interpersonal, teamwork, presentation, resource management, project management (from conception to completion) and planning skills Strong written and spoken English communication skills Salary link- Sealed Air Corporation IT Business Analyst Salaries (4 Salaries submitted) | Glassdoor
