Sr / Lead Cloud Security & Site Reliability Engineer

Role Overview: As a Senior or Lead Cloud Site Reliability Engineer at Searce, you will be a part of the growing Managed Services teams in India. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure cloud reliability, automation, and delivery for enterprise clients using GCP, AWS, and Azure environments. Key Responsibilities: - Own cloud infrastructure reliability, availability, and performance for enterprise clients. - Design and implement Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, or ARM. - Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows. - Set up and maintain observability stacks including Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, and Azure Monitor. - Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and work towards reducing MTTR. - Perform OS patching, maintenance, upgrades for both Windows and Linux systems. - Manage Networking aspects such as Load Balancers, DNS, VPC, and Firewalls. - Drive FinOps and cloud cost optimization initiatives. - Ensure SLA compliance and maintain system availability for production environments. Lead-Level Additional Responsibilities: - Take ownership of end-to-end client delivery and define SLO framework. - Mentor and guide Senior CSREs in the team. - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and the primary client point of contact. - Drive reliability programs and FinOps strategy across the account. Qualifications Required: - Experience in GCP with expertise in GKE, Kubernetes, Terraform, Cloud Networking, Cloud Monitoring, IAM, Cloud Armor, VPC Security, and proficiency in Python/Bash scripting. - Familiarity with AWS or Azure is a plus.
