AGM To DGM (Site Head Engineering role),Goa

Role & responsibilities Lead and manage the Engineering, Maintenance, Utilities, and Facilities functions for the manufacturing site. Ensure maximum equipment reliability and plant uptime through effective preventive and predictive maintenance. Oversee utilities including HVAC, Water Systems, Boilers, Chillers, Compressed Air, and Electrical systems. Drive engineering projects, plant expansions, equipment installations, and facility upgrades. Ensure compliance with cGMP, USFDA, MHRA, EU GMP, HSE, and other regulatory requirements. Manage engineering budgets, CAPEX/OPEX, vendor relationships, and resource planning. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and automation. Support regulatory audits, inspections, validation, calibration, and engineering documentation. Lead and develop high-performing engineering teams while promoting a strong safety culture. Monitor engineering KPIs including equipment uptime, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, maintenance compliance, and utility efficiency. Preferred candidate profile The Site Head Engineering will be responsible for leading and managing all engineering and facilities operations at the pharmaceutical manufacturing site. This includes overseeing plant maintenance, asset management, equipment reliability, facility upgrades, and ensuring that the site operates in compliance with all regulatory standards, health, safety, and environmental guidelines. The role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, project management, and engineering management.
