About the role
Role Purpose Provide process engineering support to optimize SMT & THT manufacturing by improving process yield, quality, cycle time, and cost through process development, defect analysis, continuous improvement, and new product introduction (NPI). Key Responsibilities Drive process optimization and yield improvement across SMT & THT production lines. Analyze manufacturing defects and implement corrective actions. Optimize process parameters to improve efficiency and quality. Support new product introduction (NPI), process validation, and documentation. Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to improve manufacturing performance. Must-Have Skills End-to-end PCB Assembly (PCBA) knowledge SMT & THT Process Engineering Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving Yield, Quality & Cycle Time Improvement
