The Scheron Hasler Group is seeking a BI architect who will report directly to the Group Head of ERP & Business Applications and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and governing the company's Business Intelligence and reporting platform based on Oracle EBS and Microsoft Power BI. The role will drive the transformation from decentralized Excel-based reporting and custom data extraction tools to a centralized, secure, and scalable analytics platform leveraging Power BI Gateway , shared Semantic Models , and governed self-service reporting capabilities. Working closely with Oracle developers, ERP teams, and business stakeholders, the BI Architect will ensure KPI consistency, reporting standardization, data quality, and the establishment of a robust analytics foundation supporting Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other business functions. The position will also contribute to the definition of future reporting data models and collaborate on the evolution of the company's analytics architecture.
