Role Overv iewThe Infrastructure & Platform Lead will be responsible for designing, operating, and continuously improving SecNinjazs internal infrastructure and IT environme nt.This role requires a hands-on technical leader capable of managing virtualization, secure networking, identity systems, developer platforms, and security infrastructure while leading a small team of IT engineers. The candidate will also mentor junior infrastructure engineers and help establish professional operational standar ds.You will ensure that our internal systems are secure, resilient, well-documented, professionally operated and compliant, forming the backbone of our cybersecurity and product engineering tea ms.Candidates should demonstrate strong understanding of secure infrastructure design and operational security practic es.
