About the role
Assist the engineering team in supporting electrical and mechanical design, development, testing, and maintenance activities for ongoing projects and operational requirements. Support the preparation of engineering drawings, technical documentation, schematics, equipment specifications, and project reports while ensuring compliance with company standards. Participate in inspections, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and performance analysis of electrical systems, machinery, and mechanical equipment. Work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to support project execution, equipment installation, commissioning, and process optimization initiatives. Assist in conducting tests, measurements, and quality checks on components, systems, and equipment while documenting results and observations accurately. Follow engineering best practices, workplace safety regulations, and organizational policies while performing assigned tasks in laboratory, manufacturing, or field environments. Gain hands-on experience with engineering software, tools, and methodologies while contributing to continuous improvement projects and developing technical competencies.
