Job Summary Position Title: Executive - IT Department: Projects and IT Location: Mumbai Reporting To: Project Manager - Projects and IT Key Performance Areas Assist in the installation of parking equipment, servers, and terminal CPMS (Car Park Management System) at project sites. Set up and test network infrastructure to ensure robust connectivity. Maintain high service standards through efficient performance of CPMS and effective client management. Conduct training sessions for site staff on generating key operational reports. Key Responsibilities Execute new project installations and manage the ongoing maintenance of all Secure Parking systems and equipment at various sites. Ensure compliance with operational standards as per client commitments and consistently strive to exceed expectations. Participate in IT training programs and provide customer support as required. Manage asset inventory, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware; perform additional technology-related duties as assigned. Conduct a weekly One Audit (Cash) as per standard procedures. Requirements Preferably male candidate. 3-5 years of experience in IT hardware and networking management. Proficient in MS Office applications. Strong email communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively as a dependable team player. Fluent in spoken and written English. Educational background: B.Sc. (IT)Diploma in Computer TechnologyCCNA MCA GNIIT Or a recognized diploma in IT Hardware/Networking Willingness to travel for work-related assignments.
