As an Architect with 5+ years of experience in real estate projects, your role will involve supporting projects from concept to execution. This includes design review, consultant coordination, drawing management, site support, and ensuring projects are delivered as per design intent, regulatory requirements, timelines, and budgets. Key Responsibilities: - Review and optimize master plans, layouts, elevations, and design concepts. - Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, landscape consultants, contractors, and liaison teams. - Review drawings to identify design, coordination, and execution issues. - Support project development, approvals, feasibility studies, and design brief preparation. - Conduct site visits to ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and quality standards. - Ensure compliance with local regulations, FAR/FSI norms, fire norms, and approval requirements. - Track consultant deliverables, drawing revisions, and project timelines. - Support cost optimization, design enhancement, and overall project efficiency.
