About the role
As a Network Security Architect at Seek Health, your role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network architectures to protect the AI-powered healthcare operations platform and underlying infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include: - Assessing security requirements and developing network security standards and reference architectures - Configuring security controls such as firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network segmentation - Performing threat modeling, risk assessments, and security reviews for new and existing network components - Monitoring for vulnerabilities and collaborating with DevOps, IT, and engineering teams to resolve security issues - Developing technical documentation, contributing to incident response activities, and providing guidance on best practices in cybersecurity and information security Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong expertise in Security Architecture Design and Network Architecture - Hands-on experience in Network Security, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, segmentation, and secure connectivity for hybrid or cloud environments - Practical knowledge of Cybersecurity and Information Security principles, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., Zero Trust, CIS Controls, NIST, ISO 27001) - Proficiency in risk assessment, threat modeling, and security review of network and infrastructure changes - Experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their native networking and security services - Familiarity with security monitoring, SIEM tools, vulnerability management, and incident response processes - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CCNP Security, CISM) are a plus - Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or other regulated environments (e.g., handling PHI or sensitive data) is an advantage At Seek Health, we are a healthcare technology company focused on optimizing clinical workflows through an AI-powered operations management platform.
