Take ownership in design and development process of Body closure components from concept to final design as per the design requirements within the timeline. Responsible for design review / technical review with cross functional team on commodities. Sound knowledge in manufacturing feasibility, packaging study and attachment feasibility. Should be a team player and demonstrate good customer cross functional relationships. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Self-motivated and enthusiastic with good problem-solving skills. Strong communication & Inter-personal skills to handle Engineers, Suppliers and Customers from different regions. Actively promote and maintain a safe, respectful and inclusive work environment.
