Create 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings in CATIA. Perform packaging studies and check clearances with adjacent parts. Develop sealing concepts and interfaces with body structures. Ensure compliance with styling, safety, manufacturability, cost, and weight targets. Participate in design reviews and engineering change management (ECN/ECR). Coordinate with CAE, manufacturing, suppliers, and quality teams. Release CAD data and BOM through PLM systems.
