About the role
To train the wave soldering & wave maintenance team in all three plants. Set the parameters & record keeping the optimised wave parameters. (Person working on wave follow the set optimised parameters.) In case any issues on wave the process, review & set the parameters. To visit all wave solder machine location & review control mechanism. Machine maintenance control. Help in workload balancing. Maintenance of wave pallet & control through jig-shop. Tracking & ensuring the wave pallet repair on-time to avoid production losses. Help in wave pallet design. To manage the per day production output Technology improvement, through using different flux, solder etc. Knowledge of Manual insertion, component performing & soldering touch-up.
