Role: SAP EWM Techno-Functional Consultant Experience: 7 - 15 Years Employment Type: Full Time (FTE) Location: Hyderabad Key Responsibilities Custom Development & Enhancements: Design and implement robust, high-performance custom solutions, BAdIs, and user exits within the SAP EWM landscape.RF & UI Development: Design, configure, and troubleshoot RF (Radio Frequency) screens and logical transactions using the EWM RF Framework and ITS Mobile.Process Automation: Configure and program Post Processing Framework (PPF) actions for automated printing, label generation, and system triggers.Functional Alignment: Collaborate with functional leads to translate complex Functional Specifications (FSDs) into precise Technical Specifications (TSDs).Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose and resolve complex transactional issues, queue errors (qRFC/CIF), and performance bottlenecks directly in the code and database layers.Technical Skill Requirements (70% Weight) Expert OO-ABAP: Deep expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP, including custom class design, interfaces, and EWM enhancement spots/BAdIs.EWM Frameworks: Hands-on experience with BOPF (Business Object Processing Framework), PPF, and EWM Warehouse Monitor (MON) customizations.RF Framework: Proven experience custom-building and modifying RF transactions and ITS Mobile screens.Modern SAP Technology: Strong understanding of ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, and AMDP optimization. Experience creating or extending OData services for SAP Fiori is highly preferred.Integration Protocols: Solid experience managing and debugging interfaces via qRFC, CIF, and standard IDocs between EWM and ERP systems.Functional Skill Requirements (30% Weight) EWM Master Data & Structure: Practical knowledge of configuring Warehouse Numbers, Storage Types, Sections, Bins, Activity Areas, and Work Centers.Warehouse Processes: A solid conceptual and functional grasp of Inbound processes (GR, putaway), Outbound processes (picking, wave management, packing), and Physical Inventory.Process Control: Good understanding of POSC (Process-Oriented Storage Control) and LOSC (Layout-Oriented Storage Control) configurations.Preferred Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business processes and technical execution.Excellent communication skills for collaborating with business analysts, functional consultants, and warehouse key users.Prior experience working on SAP S/4HANA decentralized or embedded EWM environments SELECCION is an SAP service company, and we are a passionate global community dedicated to redefining the future of SAP services.
