Role Overview: As a Salesforce Certinia Developer, you will be a valuable member of the dynamic team, bringing your deep expertise in the Force.com platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Your role will involve developing custom solutions on Salesforce, leading development projects, providing technical mentorship, and collaborating with business stakeholders to design effective technical solutions within the Salesforce/Certinia ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Develop custom solutions on Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning. - Lead development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs. - Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and conduct code reviews. - Integrate Certinia with other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and deliver effective technical solutions. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. - 3 years of experience with Certinia development. - Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. - Experience in leading projects, mentoring developers, and working with business stakeholders. - Agile experience (Scrum, SAFe) and familiarity with tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.
