IT Administrator (Delhi)

Overview: As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems and infrastructure within the organization. This role encompasses a variety of tasks including configuring laptops, managing printer-related issues, installing and maintaining security cameras, overseeing data related to security camera recordings, managing IT documents, and establishing solid vendor relationships for procuring office assets. Key Responsibilities: - Laptop Configuration: - Configure and deploy laptops for new employees. - Maintain and update existing laptop configurations as needed. - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptops. - Printer Management: - Install, configure, and maintain printers across the organization. - Address printing issues and provide technical support to users. - Monitor printer supplies and coordinate replenishment as necessary. - Security Camera Installation and Maintenance: 1. Install security cameras in strategic locations within the premises. - Ensure proper functioning of security camera systems. - Manage and maintain recordings for security purposes, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. - Data Management: - Oversee the storage and organization of data related to security camera recordings. - Implement data backup and recovery procedures to safeguard critical information. - IT Documentation: - Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and configurations. - Keep IT-related documentation up to date and accessible to relevant stakeholders. - Vendor Relations 1. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with IT vendors. 2. Coordinate with vendors to procure office assets such as laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment 3. Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal service and pricing.
