Implementation and Support Technician

Desired Profile: Native Spanish language is required Ability to speak and communicate in English fluently (90%) Working knowledge of Windows desktop and server operating systems and architecture Data analysis via queries and basic server operations is an advantage Valid Passport (travel to national international locations as needed) Valid US Visa (if applicable) Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings based on national and international customer demand Preferred Skills and Experience Adequate knowledge of electronics and basic Network knowledge with router and access point configuration knowledge Experience working in Family Entertainment (FEC), Amusement parks, and Theme parks is a plus Experience of working with arcade game machines is an advantage Experience in warehouse and parts management is an advantage Additional Requirement and Work Environment Must be able to perform physical labor involving bending, kneeling, and lifting. The installation and support of equipment will require physically receiving, unpacking, moving, lifting, and racking computer and network-related devices, cables, and accessories. Drilling may be part of the installation process. Roles and Responsibilities Implementation/Installation and technical support Installing and configuring hardware, network, and software components of the solution necessary for the successful implementation of the RFID Cashless systems Troubleshooting and resolving implementation issues in regards to Hardware, network, or software Field incoming help requests from customers via telephone, email, or any other media or work orders in a courteous manner and meet agreed service level agreements with customers. Perform hands-on fixes, including installing and upgrading software, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications. Test fixes to ensure the problem has been adequately resolved. Perform post-resolution follow-ups to help requests.
