Senior Staff Engineer, DevOps

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing and evolving scalable, highly available cloud infrastructure spanning multiple regions and cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. Your role will involve leading infrastructure-as-code (IaC) initiatives using tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, and establishing patterns and standards for infrastructure management. Additionally, you will architect and implement disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure resilience strategies. Your responsibilities will also include driving cloud cost optimization initiatives, implementing governance, monitoring, and rightsizing strategies for operational efficiency. Establishing and maintaining security baselines, compliance requirements (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.), and infrastructure hardening standards will be part of your key responsibilities.
