About the role
Date :06/07/2024 Collaborate with architects and contractors to develop project plans, including determining project goals, budgets, timelines, and resource requirements. Involved in Design Review, Cost Estimation, Procurement, Construction Supervision, Quality Control, Safety Management, Contract Management, Progress Reporting, Change Management, Problem Solving, Environmental Considerations. Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, drawings, contracts, change orders, and reports. Conduct post-construction evaluations to assess project performance, identify lessons learned and provide feedback for future projects and Overseeing the entire remodeling project, ensuring that it stays within budget, adheres to the project schedule, and meets quality standards. Coordinating and managing subcontractors, obtaining necessary permits and approvals and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the remodeling project. Travel/ relocation to various unanticipated locations to interact w/ clients & train end users for various short term & long term requirements. Requirements: Master’s Degree in Engineering/ Science/ Business Administration w/ 0 yr of experience.
