About the role
Deep expertise in distributed systems (microservices, consensus algorithms, fault tolerance, consistency models). Experience in performance benchmarking, clustering, concurrency, and multi threaded systems. Developed and maintained Private AI features with automated tests ensuring reliability. Experience with CUDA/numeric computing libraries and Python bindings (bonus). Proven experience across AWS, VMC, Azure, GCP, and VMware (ESXi, vCenter, NSX, vSAN). Skilled in Terraform and cloud automation, cloud-native architecture, containerization, and virtualization Advanced experience with Kubernetes (large-scale clusters), Helm, Operators, CRDs, CI/CD pipelines. Experience with CRD GPU-based Kubernetes operators for high-performance networking (e.g., NVIDIA Network Operator) Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture, components, diagnostics, and performance. Experience in AWS, GCP and Hyperscale cloud providers SME in Istio, Envoy, and core networking (L2/L3/L4). Knowledge of security frameworks: FIPS, STIG, PCI; and best practices in cloud security. Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent with 7+ years of experience, or bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of experience. Currently working in a senior technical leadership role (such as Senior Member of technical Staff or Senior software Engineer)
