Agentic AI Engineer

Role Overview: You will be joining a small and dynamic team at Sentiaflow, consisting of founders, IIT/IIM alumni, and experienced professionals. There is no bureaucracy or unnecessary hierarchy you will have a direct involvement with the founders in tackling challenging problems. Key Responsibilities: - Possess 48 years of experience in AI/ML, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to building real multi-agent systems, not just demos or proof of concepts. - Demonstrated proficiency in working with at least 2 multi-agent platforms, focusing on effective coordination among agents rather than just sequential prompts. - Deep understanding and consideration of various aspects such as agent memory, state, context management, inter-agent communication, task delegation, failure handling, tool utilization, integration with external systems, and evaluation of agent behavior. Qualifications Required: - You have experienced the satisfaction of debugging an agent loop late at night. - You hold strong opinions on when not to utilize an agent in a given scenario. - Your focus is on developing systems that operate effectively in production environments, not solely on local machines. - Your portfolio does not predominantly consist of RAG pipelines and chatbots. - Your multi-agent system experience extends beyond tutorial projects or hackathon demos.
