Role Overview We are seeking an AI Lead with 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solution development. This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will be expected to actively design, code, review, and deploy AI solutions, while also leading a team of AI engineers and data scientists. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable acting as an Individual Contributor (IC) and a technical team leader, owning solution delivery from architecture to production deployment. Key Responsibilities AI & Model Development Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using modern deep learning architectures.Build and optimize LLM-based applications, including RAG, multi-agent workflows, copilots, and autonomous AI agents.Work extensively with Transformers, Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and related AI frameworks.Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor AI models for production-grade performance.Agentic AI & Solution Architecture Design Agentic AI solutions using LangChain and LangGraph.Translate business requirements into scalable AI architecture and workflow designs.Create intelligent orchestration pipelines integrating LLMs, vector databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.Data & Pipeline Engineering Build scalable data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering pipelines.Develop distributed data processing workflows using PySpark, Databricks, AWS Glue ETL, or equivalent technologies.Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of AI data pipelines.Product Development Lead AI-driven product development initiatives from concept to production release.Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to define AI capabilities and roadmaps.Drive continuous improvement in usability, reliability, and business impact.Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and technically guide a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and ML developers.Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical mentoring sessions.Promote engineering best practices, innovation, and collaborative problem-solving.Customer & Sales Engagement Interact directly with customers to understand business challenges and propose AI-driven solutions.Present technical concepts and solution architectures to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Support the Sales and Pre-Sales teams in solution positioning, estimations, demos, and proposal discussions.Innovation & Research Stay current with advancements in LLMs, Agentic AI, multimodal AI, and enterprise AI platforms.Evaluate emerging technologies and incorporate relevant innovations into Senzcraft's offerings.Required Qualifications 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, Deep Learning, or Generative AI development.Strong hands-on programming expertise in Python.Proven experience building and deploying LLM-based applications and AI agents.Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph for Agentic AI solution development.Strong understanding of Transformers, embeddings, tokenization, semantic search, and NLP techniques.Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus, or MongoDB Atlas Vector Search.Familiarity with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Meta Llama, or similar LLM platforms.Experience designing RESTful APIs and AI service integrations.Strong knowledge of data engineering, scalable pipelines, and production AI deployment.Understanding of IT architecture, cloud-native solution design, and enterprise integration patterns.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.Preferred Skills Generative AI & Agentic AI Advanced experience in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), multi-agent systems, and AI orchestration frameworks.Experience implementing semantic search and knowledge retrieval systems.Cloud & MLOps Proficiency with Azure, AWS, or GCP for deploying and scaling AI solutions.Familiarity with MLOps practices, including CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, experiment tracking, and automated deployment pipelines. .
