Retail OMS + UI Automation + Microservices Testing Engineer Location Remote (Work from Anywhere in India) Employment Type Contract 6 Months Working Hours 9:00 AM 6:00 PM IST Experience 5+ Years Notice Period Immediate Joiners Preferred Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Preferred). Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Retail OMS + UI Automation + Microservices Testing Engineer to join an enterprise retail transformation project. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Retail Order Management Systems (OMS), UI Automation, API and Microservices Testing, and Performance Testing, with hands-on experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities - Validate the complete Retail OMS order lifecycle, including Order Capture, Allocation, Fulfillment, Returns, and Cancellations. - Test integrations across OMS, ERP, POS, CRM, and WMS systems. - Design, develop, and maintain UI Automation Frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress. - Automate UI, API, Functional, Regression, and Performance Testing. - Perform API and Microservices Testing, including REST APIs, Contract Testing, and Service Virtualization. - Execute Performance Testing using JMeter. - Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. - Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver high-quality retail solutions. Mandatory Skills - Retail OMS (Manhattan, IBM Sterling, Oracle OMS, Blue Yonder, or similar) - Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress - UI Automation Framework Development - API Automation (RestAssured/Postman) - REST API Testing - Microservices Testing - Performance Testing using JMeter - Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript - CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) - Strong understanding of Retail Business Workflows Positive-to-Have Skills - Playwright Framework Expertise - Pact (Contract Testing) - Docker - Kubernetes - AWS, Azure, or GCP - Grafana - Kibana - Splunk - Chaos Engineering Preferred Candidate - 5+ years of experience in Automation Testing and Retail OMS. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience working in Agile environments. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
