About the role
What You Get to Do: • Design and build cutting-edge GenAI solutions that power analytics and insights in HR, benefits, and payroll. • Lead the development of AI systems that make complex data accessible and actionable for business users. • Fine-tune and deploy large language models to solve real business challenges. • Drive technical decisions around model architecture, deployment strategies, and production optimization. • Guide junior data scientists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. • Shape the future of how AI can support HR & Finance teams in high-growth companies. What You Bring: • Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field • 4+ years of hands-on data science experience, with recent focus on GenAI/LLMs • Proven track record of taking AI projects from prototype to production • Strong experience with: • LLM development and fine-tuning (e.g., GPT models, embedding models) • Modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, Transformers, LangChain) • Production ML deployment and monitoring • Python development and API design
