QA Mobile Automation & Testing Engineer

As a QA Mobile Automation & Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing automation test scripts for mobile and web applications. You will perform various types of testing such as functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing. Your role will involve creating and maintaining automation frameworks using Python and Selenium, executing tests using LambdaTest or similar cloud testing platforms, and working with BDD frameworks like Gherkin/Cucumber/Behave. Additionally, you will identify, log, and track defects using JIRA, collaborate with developers and QA team members, and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure high-quality product releases. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute automation test scripts for mobile and web applications - Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing - Create and maintain automation frameworks using Python and Selenium - Execute tests using LambdaTest or similar cloud testing platforms - Work with BDD frameworks using Gherkin/Cucumber/Behave - Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing - Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA - Collaborate with developers and QA team members to understand requirements and test scenarios - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies - Prepare test cases, test reports, and automation execution summaries - Support CI/CD and automation execution processes Qualifications Required: - 12 years of experience in QA testing and automation - Hands-on experience with Python, Selenium WebDriver, LambdaTest, and BDD frameworks - Basic knowledge of Appium for mobile automation - Understanding of Android and iOS mobile testing - Knowledge of API testing using Postman - Familiarity with Agile methodology and STLC/SDLC - Good analytical and debugging skills Company Additional Details: The company values good communication skills, quick learning ability with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
