REQUIREMENTS: • Good understanding of Web Hosting, Cloud, and DevOps technologies and solutions and willingness to learn new technologies as we advance. • Good knowledge of web hosting technologies. • Willingness to work in 247 rotational shifts. • Good knowledge of Linux server platforms. • Excellent written and spoken English language skills. • Excellent multi-tasking ability. • Excellent customer service skills. OTHER DETAILS: ServerHealers is an industry-focused company, and we handle almost all critical areas of Web Hosting, Cloud, and DevOps tools and technologies. We are looking for someone who loves to learn and is passionate about these technologies. • Certifications in DevOps/Cloud are an added advantage. • Work experience in Web Hosting Support Industry is an added advantage. • Preferably someone who resides in Kerala. • Work From Home option available until the pandemic situation is under control.
