The incumbent will be responsible to establish information technology set up and its subsequent management. Illustrative list of responsibilities are as follows: Define, implement and promote an IT Operations Plan. This includes budgeting for IT operations for all IT/Networking enabled tools Computers/CCTVs/EPABX etc. Maintain the IT Operations technical toolset. (Including Documentation of procedures, Services implementation, Operations Standard Platform Environment). Manage contracts with external suppliers including SLAs where appropriate. Ensure regular follow-up meetings with external suppliers in order to ensure optimal service levels Maintain internal quality service by establishing and enforcing standards within the organization to ensure smooth IT enabled operations. Monitor network security and supervise the entire network system of the organization. Review performance of IT systems to determine operating costs, productivity levels, and upgrade requirements. Provide technical support in the evaluation of the offers in case of procurement of hardware and software. Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives. Will participate in upgrading/maintaining company's internet/intranet as necessary
