Technology Integration Specialists

Perform and lead complex Infra team/tasks independently in matrix environment with diverse variety of tasks/challenges. Advocate quality assurance of team's deliverables: Review Infra code/scripts to meet KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), SLA (Service Level Agreement). Initiate LL (Lessons Learned)/RCAs (Root Cause Analysis) and share results. Provide Infra expertise to internal and external customers through high-standard deliverables, following company methodology and, in some cases, defining the methodology and guidelines. Learn new products, tools and technologies and transfer knowledge to Amdocs and external customer Infrastructure teams for next generation implementations. Design and implement modernization projects by migrating monolithic workloads to containers and serverless platform for multiple Tier-1 Telecom service providers in North America to reduce time to market from months to days Use cutting edge tools and technologies like Redhat OpenShift container platform running Spring based Microservices, Kafka, Couchbase, Cassandra, ElasticSearch, Prometheus, InfluxDB, Grafana, AppDynamics, and various other DevOps tools. Orchestrate and lead discussions with Amdocs Product teams and Solution Architects for telecom modernization projects to design, deliver and implement next generation Amdocs MS360 Digital platform. Provide Infrastructure expertise to Amdocs billing platform products running on Oracle Weblogic, Oracle Tuxedo, Oracle Java, WebSphere, IBM MQ, IBM Tivoli, etc. Position requires 10% domestic travel to customer sites for meetings and demos.
