ServiceNow Developer - Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications - Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, integrations, and custom applications - Build and customize Service Portal - Develop APIs and integrations with enterprise systems - Optimize platform performance 2. ServiceNow Administrator - Platform administration and instance management - User, role, and access management - Configure forms, catalogs, workflows, reports, and dashboards - Platform upgrades and patch management - Monitor platform health and governance 3. ServiceNow Business Analyst - Gather and analyze business requirements - Translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions - Prepare functional specifications - Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams - Support testing, UAT, and documentation 4.
