Desktop Support Engineer

As a Desktop Support Engineer, your role will involve providing assistance to clients with computer hardware and software issues, both on-site and remotely. You will be responsible for tasks such as responding to support requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and maintaining computer peripherals, and advising on software or hardware upgrades.
