Product Manager (AI)

As a Product Manager at the Company, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy and roadmap for the Company's product components. You will take ownership of their delivery and work on end-to-end operations on an AI-based chatbot product using AI/NLP technologies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Determining customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information - Recommending the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements, and appraising new product ideas - Assessing market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products - Providing source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives - Obtaining product market share by working with the sales head to develop product sales strategies - Collaborating with developers and non-developers to find the most efficient, effective solutions from all perspectives - Supporting the development team and other extended teams in resolving customer-reported issues and handling incidents escalated by customers on a priority basis - Working with Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Technical Support teams to provide go-to-market strategies, product expertise, and guidance - Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Qualifications required for this role include: - Product Managers with a Tech background (AI/Machine learning) - Design experience of Chatbots and Machine Learning use cases are desirable Additionally, you will be expected to be an expert with respect to competitor products and services, understanding their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the market.
