Autocad Drafter

Role Overview: As an AutoCAD Drafter, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings for interior, furniture, and custom installation projects. You will collaborate closely with designers, vendors, and project teams to translate design concepts into accurate and execution-ready drawings. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed 2D drawings, GFCs, elevations, sections, and furniture layouts using AutoCAD. - Convert design concepts into fabrication-ready and site execution drawings. - Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and technical documentation. - Coordinate with designers, vendors, and project teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility. - Revise and update drawings based on design changes and site requirements. - Assist with site measurements, drawing validation, and as-built documentation. - Ensure all drawings comply with project standards and timelines. Qualification Required: - Diploma or Certification in Architecture, Interior Design, Draftsmanship, or a related field. - 25 years of experience in interior, furniture, or architectural drafting. - Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. - Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or Photoshop is an advantage. - Valuable understanding of materials, joinery, hardware, and construction detailing. - Ability to interpret architectural and technical drawings accurately. - Strong attention to detail and coordination skills. Exposure to coordination with civil, electrical, and plumbing services is considered a plus.
