Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst / System Analyst with 4+ years of experience, your role will involve engaging with clients to understand their business needs and translating them into clear functional and technical specifications aligned with product capabilities. You will also be responsible for project delivery and leading small cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze client requirements - Convert needs into functional specification documents - Map requirements to product features and identify gaps - Evaluate feasibility with technical teams - Act as a bridge between business and engineering - Support design discussions and UAT validation Delivery Management Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end project delivery - Plan timelines, milestones, and deliverables - Coordinate with Dev, QA, and Product teams - Track progress and manage risks and dependencies - Ensure alignment with client expectations and timelines - Drive status reporting and stakeholder communication Qualifications Required: - Business & Analytical Skills - Strong understanding of requirement gathering and analysis - Ability to interpret complex requirements and break them into actionable deliverables - Experience documenting detailed and unambiguous scope and specifications - Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset - Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication - Strong client-facing experience with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly - Confident in leading requirement discussions - Technical Skills - Java strong conceptual understanding - Database Queries (SQL) ability to understand and write basic to intermediate queries - Good understanding of system architecture and technical feasibility evaluation - Ability to handle and respond to technical feasibility-related queries from clients and internal teams - Domain Knowledge - Financial domain knowledge (banking, payments, collections, or related areas preferred) Additional Details: The role also involves working with Spring Framework, Apache Camel or any EIB / Integration frameworks, familiarity with Angular or similar UI technologies, understanding of APIs, microservices, and integration patterns, and exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies.
