Job Title- Engineering Manager Years of exp 15 years Location Baner Pune Work Mode Hybrid 1 day from office Shift timings - 2 pm to 11 pm Roles Responsibilities Technical Leadership Strategy o Lead the technical design architecture and development of scalable reliable and high-quality software solutions o Be technically hands-on provide expert guidance conduct code reviews and contribute directly to the codebase when needed to unblock yourteam or tackle complex problems o Enforce a high standard for code quality ensuring all software shipped is well-tested maintainable and production ready o Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions and realistic project roadmaps o Lead root cause analysis for technical incidents document post-mortems and drive the implementation of long-term fixes to improve system reliability o Champion and enforce engineering best practices including coding standards advanced testing strategies unit integration E2E and CI CD processes Required Qualifications Total Experience Up to 15 years in the software industry Development Experience Minimum 8 years in software development building and shipping complex scalable systems Leadership Experience Minimum 2 years in a technical leadership or engineering management role Education Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or related field Master s MBA preferred Technical Skills Backend Proficiency in at least one of Node js Python Go or Java Frontend Strong experience in React Angular or Vue js Architecture Expertise in distributed systems microservices SaaS multi-tenancy IaaS PaaS or BaaS models Cloud DevOps Hands-on experience with AWS Azure or GCP solid understanding of CI CD Infrastructure as Code Docker and Kubernetes .
