Knowledge on Openstack Private Cloud. products: Manages, administers, and implements engineering best practices for SAN & NAS infrastructure. Contributes to detailed SAN / NAS infrastructure design, implementation, testing, Solution design and operational maintenance. Responsible for lifecycle management, development, and deployment of new capabilities within the on‑premises SAN/ NAS systems. Supports internal client needs and SAN/NAS related infrastructure projects. Automate day to day operations and optimize. Ensures certification, security, and implementation of new hardware, software, and storage capabilities. Profile required Key Responsibilities Build and Management of Openstack private cloud block storage Enterprise NAS/SAN storage management and administration Automation of storage administration tasks Protect enterprise storage against security vulnerabilities and attacks Engage with internal business functions, IT support, and application support teams Participate as part of a team of NAS/SAN engineers Drive continuous improvement, automation, and delivery of storage capabilities Lifecycle management and deployment of new storage technologies Document procedures, policies, and best practices Monitor usage and assist with capacity management Provide escalation support for infrastructure and performance improvement Disaster Recovery management and planning Required Experience & Qualifications Experience working in a geographically dispersed team environment Experience with NAS/SAN administration and management for EMC/PURE/Netapp Products Preferred Qualifications Python scripting and automation development Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins) Exposure to Cisco SAN Fabrics and NetApp NAS technologies Storage automation experience Skills Incident management, IT infrastructure support, infrastructure monitoring, problem resolution, Private/Public cloud management, SAN and NAS domain expertise.
