Voice & Rooms : Manage Teams Phone (Direct Routing/Operator Connect), SBCs, dial plans, E911, and Teams Rooms standards. Operations & Performance : Monitor service health, optimize QoS, troubleshoot end-to-end issues, and lead incident/problem management. Automation : Develop PowerShell scripts for provisioning, Graph API, Power BI reporting, and policy management. Projects : Lead migrations, integrations, and adoption initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement : Produce HLD/LLD documentation, runbooks, and provide executive-level updates. Profile required Required Skills & Experience 10+ years in Unified Communications; 5+ years with Microsoft Teams/Teams Room(MTR) at enterprise scale. Expertise in: Teams Admin Centre, Cisco MTR, Intune. Teams Phone (Direct Routing/Operator Connect), SBCs (Oracle/AudioCodes/Ribbon), SIP trunking. Teams Rooms deployment and management. (Cisco MTR) Networking for real-time media (QoS, DSCP, firewall/NAT, Split Tunnelling). PowerShell scripting and automation. Strong documentation, ITIL process knowledge, and experience in large-scale migrations. Preferred certifications: MS-700, MS-721, SBC vendor certs.
