Software Quality Assurance Tester

Description : About the Role : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software QA Tester (L2) to join our growing technology team. You will work in a modern, agile, and collaborative environment, contributing to the quality assurance of software solutions that power a global, always-on platform used by thousands of users to deliver end-to-end marketing solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with developers, product teams, stakeholders, and third parties to ensure high-quality, reliable, and scalable software delivery aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities : - Participate in daily stand-ups and agile ceremonies with the scrum team - Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios - Collaborate with developers to validate functionality and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle - Identify, document, and track defects; work closely with teams to resolve issues - Perform functional, regression, and cross-browser testing - Support user story validation and ensure acceptance criteria are met - Work directly with customers and internal teams to identify and troubleshoot software issues - Assist in testing sprint deliverables through pairing and collaborative debugging - Contribute to test documentation, user guides, and training materials - Plan, prioritize, and manage testing activities to meet project timelines Required Skills & Qualifications : - Experience in software testing within an Agile environment - Familiarity with Microsoft technology stack (.NET preferred) - Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Commitment to delivering high-quality software Preferred Qualifications : - Bachelors degree or HND in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks - Exposure to cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure - Knowledge or experience in graphics or packaging technology (nice to have) What Were Looking For : - A collaborative team player who thrives in an agile environment - Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn - Passionate about software quality and continuous improvement - Proactive in identifying issues and driving solutions Description : About the Role : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software QA Tester (L2) to join our growing technology team.
