Head Civil Projects, Execution/Commissioning/Resource Mgmt/Quality

Role & responsibilities Responsible for Execution/Commissioning/Resopurce Mgmt/P&L and Quality of multiple sites Lead end-to-end lifecycles from engineering design and procurement to site construction, testing, and handover. Reporting to Board, would be responsible for implementing best practices Preferred candidate profile Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical, Civil, (MBA or PMP certification is preferred). Experience: 17to 25+ years of total experience, with at least 8–10 years in a senior leadership or project head role within the Indian EPC sector (Warehouse, Power, Infrastructure, etc). Core Skills: Strong commercial acumen, government/DISCOM liaison capabilities, cross-functional leadership, and vendor management. Should be willing to frequently travel to multiple sites
