About the role
Dear Candidates, We are hiring Desktop Support Engineer - Sec 63 ,Noida Location : Sec 63 Noida Exp 6 months - 1 year Salary ; 25k Roles and Responsibility User Support: Respond to tickets, emails, calls, and in-person requests for technical assistance. Hardware Management: Install, configure, maintain, and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Software Management: Deploy, update, troubleshoot, and manage operating systems, applications, and security patches. Network Troubleshooting: Resolve connectivity issues with internet, Wi-Fi, and other network resources. Inventory : Track, manage and document IT assets. User Training: Orient new employees and educate users on new systems and best practices.
