About the role
You are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Industrial & Production Engineer to join the manufacturing team at Shashi Fluoroplastiks Private Limited. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in production planning, scheduling, and daily workflow coordination for timely execution of manufacturing activities. - Prepare and maintain technical documentation, production reports, work orders, and process records. - Monitor production processes to identify operational improvement opportunities. - Conduct inspections and quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards. - Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to efficiently resolve manufacturing issues. - Track production performance metrics and prepare reports using MS Excel. - Support implementation of process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational guidelines. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. - Freshers or individuals with relevant experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial operations. - Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawings and layouts. - Knowledge of MS Excel for data analysis and reporting. - Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
