You will provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, networking equipment, and enterprise applications, ensuring minimal downtime and high user satisfaction. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting, ticket management, and on-site support at client locations. You will work with ITSM tools and follow ITIL best practices for incident and service request management. Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, email clients, and enterprise applications Manage user accounts and access in Active Directory Log, track, and resolve tickets using ITSM tools (ServiceNow, ManageEngine) Perform hardware diagnostics and coordinate with OEM for warranty repairs Support basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN connectivity) Maintain asset inventory and documentation at client sites Diploma/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field 1-3 years experience in desktop/helpdesk support Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, and Active Directory Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) ITIL Foundation certification preferred OEM certifications (Dell, HP, Lenovo) are a plus Ready to work on-site at client locations across UP Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
