We are seeking an accomplished Senior Program Manager Databricks & Data Platform Transformation to lead large-scale enterprise data modernization initiatives and Databricks Lakehouse implementations for global clients. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end program delivery, managing cross-functional teams, engaging executive stakeholders, and ensuring successful implementation of cloud-based data and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong program management expertise with a solid understanding of modern data engineering ecosystems, Databricks technologies, cloud platforms, and enterprise analytics solutions. You will play a critical role in helping organizations modernize legacy data environments, accelerate analytics adoption, and unlock business value through scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Delivery Excellence Lead enterprise-scale Databricks and data modernization programs from initiation through successful deployment. Define program strategy, scope, implementation roadmap, milestones, and delivery governance frameworks. Manage multi-million-dollar transformation initiatives involving multiple workstreams and stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. Establish program controls, delivery standards, reporting mechanisms, and escalation processes. Databricks & Data Platform Transformation Drive successful delivery of: Databricks Lakehouse implementations Enterprise Data Warehousing solutions Data Lake and Data Lakehouse platforms Data ingestion and transformation frameworks Advanced analytics and business intelligence solutions Cloud-native data modernization programs Legacy data platform migration initiatives Partner closely with architects and engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Stakeholder & Client Management Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and client leadership teams. Build trusted relationships with business, technology, and data leaders. Conduct executive steering committee meetings and governance reviews. Facilitate workshops to align business objectives, technical strategy, and delivery outcomes. Manage stakeholder expectations and proactively address delivery challenges. Agile Program Management Drive Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies across multiple teams. Lead sprint planning, release planning, dependency management, and delivery reviews. Ensure effective coordination between business, architecture, engineering, QA, and operations teams. Monitor project health, resource utilization, productivity, and delivery quality. Risk, Governance & Quality Management Identify program risks, dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks early. Develop and execute mitigation strategies. Establish strong governance practices for large-scale programs. Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and enterprise architecture standards. Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across delivery functions. Strategic Solutioning & Databricks Partnership Support Databricks partnership and strategic growth initiatives. Collaborate with solution architects and leadership teams during solution planning and delivery strategy discussions. Contribute to proposal reviews, delivery planning, and transformation roadmaps. Provide leadership in scaling Databricks capabilities across client engagements. Required Qualifications Experience 1218 years of experience in Program Management, Delivery Management, or Data Platform Transformation. Proven experience managing enterprise-scale data engineering, analytics, or cloud transformation programs. Experience leading multiple concurrent projects and distributed delivery teams. Strong experience working with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients.
