About the role
- Candidate must be willing to serve co. at least for two years.Candidate will be trained for the job/products and will be based in Pune. 2. Candidate must be willing to tour all over India (Co. pays for all the expenses) 3. Candidate must be willing to climb towers/ masts for installation/ troubleshooting of radio system components etc. if required. Pay Allowances 1. Group SIM card for communication for business purpose. 2. Accident and Mediclaim Insurance. 3. Petrol reimbursement for visits to local customers on own vehicle. 4. Vehicle maintenance allowance. 5. Touring allowance and Tour expenses. 6. Provident Fund and ESI. 7. Paid Leaves 22, Yearly holidays 10 days. 8. Annual performance bonus 9. Retention Bonus after completing 3 5 years in company.
