Project Engineer

Position Vacant : Project Engineer Company Profile: SHELL-N-TUBE (PVT) LTD. - SNT is a project engineering organization, specializing in manufacture /Marketing of cryogenic equipment, including cryogenic tanks, vacuum insulated pipe and customized cryogenic heat exchanger/ systems. SNT customer profile includes conventional industries like industrial gas manufacturers, steel and pharmaceuticals, petroleum and other similar industries. SNT is also in the leading position for executing turnkey customized cryogenic systems for knowledge and technology sector like Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), BARC, Institute for Plasma Research (IPR), Nuclear Power Plant like: IGCAR, Bhavani etc. SNT also executing LNG / LCNG Stations in the clean energy sector. Job Summary: We are looking for Project Engineer to manage and coordinate day-to-day project activities related to engineering, procurement, and construction works. The candidate will work closely with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution within timelines and budgets. The role requires good coordination skills, basic project planning knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Co-ordinate project activities between sales, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, logistic, account site teams. Prepare & Monitor project schedules and track progress of ongoing activities. Follow up with vendors and suppliers for material delivery and documentation. Coordinate with contractors and site teams for smooth execution. Prepare project reports, MOMs, trackers, and progress updates. Maintain project documentation and records. Lead and attend client, vendor and internal coordination meetings. Coordinate & Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities. Proactively Identify delays/issues and coordinate for timely resolution. Ensure work is carried out as per project requirements and safety standards. Required Skills: Team Leader with Go getter attitude. Good communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of EPC/project execution activities. Ability to read engineering drawings and documents. Basic knowledge of project scheduling and reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Preferred Skills: Experience in industrial, MEP or manufacturing industrial projects. Knowledge of MS Project/Primavera is an added advantage. ERP/SAP exposure preferred but not mandatory.
