Data Analyst - Operational Excellence

Role Overview: As a Data Analyst at the company, your main responsibility will be to identify, analyze, and document the business needs. You will be tasked with finding and implementing solutions to solve business problems and improve operational excellence within the organization. Your role will involve gathering, analyzing, and modeling data to develop valuable business insights, as well as supporting various operational functions within the IDA organization. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and model data and key performance indicators to develop quantitative and qualitative business insights. - Identify opportunities for improved data analysis and develop processes and reports to enhance business intelligence. - Support the IDA organization in various operational activities such as recruitment, timewriting, and onboarding/offboarding processes. - Precisely capture business problems, requirements, and value drivers to translate them into functional solutions. - Assess processes, data flows, and technology to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. - Create clear documentation to communicate requirements and ensure traceability throughout the project lifecycle. - Execute data analysis activities within agreed parameters of cost, time, and quality. - Support stakeholder management activities and connect with operational teams. Qualifications Required: - Graduate or Postgraduate degree related to IT with 4 to 7 years of corporate IT experience. - Knowledge of Business Analysis techniques and tools, with CBAP certification preferred. - Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. - Experience working in a global business environment with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. - Proficiency in Excel (modelling, pivot) and Power Platforms (PBI). - Understanding of the technology landscape, data quality concepts, and Business Intelligence technologies. - Ability to take a systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving.
