What You'll Create You'll lead the design journey from concept to construction, crafting homes that are functional, beautiful, and future-ready. Your work will include: Designing innovative floor plans and residential layouts. Developing architectural concepts and detailed design solutions. Creating high-quality 2D and 3D models. Building BIM models in Revit up to LOD 350. Delivering immersive design experiences through AR/VR visualization. Collaborating with clients, engineers, consultants, and project teams. Transforming ideas into homes that families will cherish for generations. The Architect We're Looking For You are someone who: Has 9 to 11 years of architectural design experience. Thinks creatively while designing practical, buildable solutions. Is highly proficient in AutoCAD and Revit (LOD 350). Enjoys leveraging technology to improve design outcomes. Can confidently present ideas to clients and stakeholders. Takes ownership of projects from concept through execution.
