Currently, we have openings for the following positions: - Architect with solid acumen for Sustainability (08 years) - Interior Designer (18 years) - 3D Visualiser (03 years) Key Expectations for all roles include: - Demonstrating strong design thinking, technical understanding, and attention to detail. - Supporting conceptual design, drawings, documentation, and project coordination. - Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Revit, and 3D rendering tools. - Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams and delivering time-bound projects. - Showing interest in sustainable, context-driven, and research-oriented design approaches, especially crucial for the architect role. - Possessing strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills. General Responsibilities for all profiles involve: - Assisting in project design development from concept to execution. - Managing drawings, models, presentations, and documentation. - Coordinating with consultants, vendors, and site teams as necessary. - Conducting material research, preparing specifications, BOQs, and maintaining quality control. - Ensuring organized project documentation and meeting expected timelines.
